By bidding on one of our auctions you agree to the terms and conditions below:
- Contact Must be Made within 4 (four) Days of the end of auction. If payment is not received with in 4 (four) days a payment dispute will be opened on Ebay
- Payment Arrangement must be made within 8 (eight) days of the end of auction
- Transactions not completed within 8 (eight) days: Item will be relisted.
- We reserve the right to restrict sales to members for any reason.
- Sales to buyers in Oklahoma are subject to a 8.25% sales tax unless proof of exception is provided prior to the ending of the auction
- All items are new unless otherwise specified in the auction description
- We reserve the right to restrict sales to any member who’s EBay account is not in good standing.
Warranty
- We guarantee against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)
- All Items have a manufacturer's one (1) year warranty unless stated otherwise in the auction description.
- Misuse or acts of nature are not covered under warranty
- We will replace DOA products at no charge
- Damaged or tampered items will be returned to you with no refund
- All parts, original packaging, and manuals must be returned to receive refund.
Returns
- Returns are available only if specified in the auction description.
- Returns must be requested no later than 3 (three) days of delivery
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping fees are not refundable
- Fees for shipping returns are the responsibility of the buyer
- All returns must be in good condition (unless defective) to receive full credit.
- We will pay shipping cost for errors on our part
- All returns must have a RA (Return Authorization) number or the package will be refused
- Exchanges are not available on electronic Equipment for reasons other than conditions listed in these terms.
- Software can not be exchanged or returned for any reason due to copyright restrictions
- Returns and refunds will be granted at our discretion.
Disclaimer

- It is Buyer's responsibility to check and comply with local laws regarding the purchase/shipping/Use of Item(s).
- This agreement is govern by the laws of the State of Oklahoma
Shipping
- Combined Shipping Not Available in all Circumstances. Please contact us before bidding.
- Actual delivery service used is at seller's discretion.
- Other Shipping Options may be available at additional cost.
- Special Delivery/PO Box may incur additional charges.
- Shipping rate listed is to the 48 continental States only unless specified otherwise.
- Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada, and International destinations will incur addition cost unless the shipping fee for these destinations are listed in the auction.
- Shipping outside the United States may not be available due to export/import restrictions.
- Any Arrangements shipping or otherwise not listed in the auction must be made prior to bidding/buying.
- Any estimation of delivery time shown on auction related documents of verbally given are not a guarantee of delivery with in the specified time range.
- We are not liable for courier problems, delays, or damage caused by shipping
- Shipping Insurance is available on request and may incur additional cost..
- Package Tracking may not be available on all shipments. If this is a concern please contact us for arrangement which may incur additional fees.
